Placing an order means you are happy with what is on this page. If anything here does not sit right with you, please ask us before you order rather than after.

Every tyre is listed with its full size — 120/70 ZR 17, for instance — along with its load and speed rating and whether it is a front or a rear. Check that against your motorcycle’s handbook, or against the tyre already on the bike. If you are not certain, message us before you order and we will check it with you. It takes a minute and it saves a return.

Every tyre we sell is new and unfitted. The photographs show the tread pattern; the tyre you get is that pattern, though small cosmetic details can differ between production runs.

Adding a tyre to your basket and paying for it is you asking to buy it. The sale is agreed once we email you an order confirmation.

Occasionally something is wrong at our end — a tyre is out of stock after all, or a price on the site was plainly a mistake. If that happens we will tell you, cancel the order and refund you in full. We will not quietly send you something else instead.

Our prices are in Qatari Riyals.

If you are looking at the site from another country you may see the price converted into your own currency. Treat that as a guide. What actually leaves your account is charged in Qatari Riyals, and your own bank may add its own conversion or fee on top of it. That fee is your bank’s, not ours, and we never see it.

You pay at checkout through our payment provider. Your card details go straight to them: we never see them and we do not store them anywhere.

Your order goes out once the payment has cleared.

How and when we deliver is on the Shipping and delivery page. What can come back to us and what cannot is in our Return and refund policy. Both of those count as part of these terms, so they are worth reading before you order.

Tyres come with the manufacturer’s warranty against faults in the way they were made.

A warranty does not cover ordinary wear, punctures, cuts, kerb or pothole damage, damage from running the wrong pressures, damage done while fitting, overloading, or using a tyre on a bike it was never made for. Those are the usual reasons a tyre fails, and none of them is a manufacturing fault.

The manufacturer decides a warranty claim, not us — but we will put the claim in for you. Our Return and refund policy says how to start one.

Your tyres arrive new and unfitted, for you to take to whoever services your bike. Fitting, balancing and workshop work are not part of what we sell.

That also means we cannot be responsible for what happens during fitting, or for damage or injury caused by a tyre that was fitted badly. Please have it done by someone who knows motorcycle tyres.

If we break these terms and it costs you money, we will put it right. What we pay out is capped at what you paid us for that order.

We are not responsible for knock-on losses — a trip you missed, a day off work, and so on.

Nothing on this page takes away a right Qatari law gives you and does not let us sign away.

Qatari law applies to these terms, and anything that has to be settled in court is settled in Qatar.

We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is whichever one was published on the day you placed it.
