Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Qatar, to the rest of the GCC, and internationally.

Orders placed late in the day, on a Friday or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.

The delivery charge is calculated at checkout from the destination and the number of tyres, and is shown in full before you pay.

What arrives is a new tyre, still labelled, ready to go to whoever works on your bike. Fitting and balancing are not part of the order.

Keep it out of the sun while it waits, and do not let anything heavy rest on it.

We email a tracking reference when your order leaves us. If it has not arrived within the window above, tell us through the contact page, with your order number, and we will chase the courier.

Orders outside Qatar may attract import duty, tax or customs handling charges in the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the recipient's responsibility. A parcel refused at customs and returned to us is refunded less the shipping we paid.

Check the parcel before signing for it. If it arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours. See our Return and refund policy.
