Return & refund policy

You can return a tyre within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. You do not have to give a reason: a change of mind is accepted.

To be accepted, a returned tyre must be:

• New, unused and never fitted to a wheel
• Free of marks, damage or alterations
• Still carrying its original labels and stickers
• Sent back with its order number

• A tyre that has been fitted to a wheel, even if it was never ridden
• A tyre that has been ridden, even briefly
• A tyre damaged after delivery, including damage done while fitting it
• A return requested more than 14 days after delivery

Fitting a tyre stretches its bead over the rim and leaves marks, so a fitted tyre can no longer be sold as new. If you are unsure about the size, contact us before the tyre is fitted.

If you receive a tyre that is not what you ordered, or that arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We collect it at our cost and, as you prefer, replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge.

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, by email, phone or the contact page, with your order number and the tyre you want to return.
2. We confirm the return and give you the address to send it to.
3. Send the tyre back well packed and keep your proof of postage. The tyre remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the tyre is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

When the tyre reaches us we inspect it and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made within 14 days, to the original payment method only. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the amount on your statement.

Refunds are made in Qatari Riyals, the currency you were charged in. The original delivery charge is refunded only when the return is due to our error or to a faulty tyre.

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once the order has left us, it is handled as a return under this policy.

If you believe a tyre has a manufacturing defect, stop using it and contact us. Tyres are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty: the manufacturer inspects the tyre and decides the claim, and we submit the claim for you. Send or bring us the tyre with your order number; a defect cannot be assessed from photographs alone.

Ordinary wear, punctures, cuts, impact damage, incorrect pressures and damage done while fitting are not manufacturing defects.
