This website is operated by Ride On Spare Parts Motorcycle (Commercial Registration 228331), Building 24, Street 808, Zone 39, Doha, Qatar, which is responsible for the personal information collected through it. We handle personal data in line with Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy.

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
• What you ordered, when, and how it was delivered
• The messages you send us
• Your login email if you create an account; your password is stored encrypted
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed

Card payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure, PCI DSS compliant systems. You enter your card details directly with the provider: we never see, receive or store your card number. We receive only the result of the payment and a transaction reference.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your information is stored on our own secured server and is only accessible to the staff who need it to handle your order. The whole website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

We keep order and invoice records for as long as Qatari tax and commercial rules require, and then delete them. Other information, such as messages, is deleted when it is no longer needed.

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: they keep you logged in and remember your basket. If we add analytics or advertising cookies you will be asked first, and you can refuse them without losing access to the shop. See our cookie policy.
